Following her extensive experience in private real estate law, Delphine Delbé decided to focus on construction law and, for nearly ten years, set up a number of new real estate programs for prominent developers.
Building on this experience, she joined the Office in 2017 to set up a division specifically focused on sales before completion transactions.
In particular, she has significant experience in the area of co-ownership arrangements, volumes and voluntary trade union associations.
